To be a part of a movement of God among the youth of Slovakia that finds its home in the local church and transforms society.
Strategy
We implement our projects in cooperation with Training Center Kompas and local churches, others youth organizations, schools and government.
Our desire is to train, help and inspire youth leaders who are raising up the next generation of Christ-followers in the Church.
Beginnings
Training Center Kompas (TCK) was founded in 1993, when youth leaders from the Lutheran (SEM), Evangelical Free, Apostolic and Baptist churches initiated the formation of a youthwork leaders and youthwork organizations’ network, called SIET.
Today
TCKompas has grown into a team of more than 30 full-time staff and interns, smaller percent of which are the missionaries from the US. Each of our staff members is actively involved in their local church where they serve according to their gifting.
