TCK ministry has its roots in the past, overcomes struggles in the presence, but needs to look into the future.

TCK keeps fulfiling the vision of inspiring, helping and training the youth leaders through conferences, education, camp ministry, music and sports youth ministry, or through being present in schools. It cooperates with churches and schools around Slovakia.

TCKompas has grown into a team of more than 30 full-time staff and interns, the smaller percent of which are missionaries from abroad. Each of our staff members is actively involved in their local church where they serve according to their gifting. We believe that life in the fellowship with other Christians is the best environment for growing in faith and i knowing Christ.

An inispensable part of our ministry are all the people who stand behind us as our prayer and financial support, people serving in Slovak or foreign congregations who partner with us, coming back to Slovakia regularly to help with the youth ministry here. Without all these pepople, carrying this ministry would be impossible.
